Love this place. My wife had mother of the bride dress alterations, and a few months later I had a suit altered. Easy in, attentive, done on time, and correctly.

I needed a same day(technically three) alteration for an evening dress two actually but was met with a little haste and realized it was just Eddie’s hustle. Pretty sure that hustle leaked into the $150 I spent on one dress. I was Immediately denied the dress I needed to have let out which ok I’ll figure it out and then came the easy one. It was too big around the waste and sleeves so I just needed this on taken in.I wish I had just got a sewing machine earlier and did it myself. One sleeve was looser than the other but I was in a hurry so I didn’t want to leave it. Another lady there tried on a previously altered pair by Eddie to show him where one leg was indeed shorter than the other (which at first he said it was fine then he said he’d correct it) meh. This place had so much traffic so I know the talent is there for sure so I’m going to go with it just being busy and stressful. I tried to have small talk about fethiye in turkey and he didn’t hear a word lol anyway After speaking w the bride I came into town for she had multiple things done to both her WEDDING dresses down the street and spent $200. They were flawlessly done. I really liked the wife of Eddie who pointed the sleeve out immediately when I tried it on and wanted to fix it but Eddie was quick to speak over her. Don’t blame him I came in last minute and he’s busy. I’m super grateful they were able to fit me in and would probably only come back if I had more time to negotiate and leave the item there for longer. Picture of before and after gray dress as well and the other gown I had to alter myself last minute due to the gray one matching the maid of honors color. Lol go figure.

THE BEST tailor in Michigan!! Just like in the movies, he is NOT a tailor he is THE TAILOR!!! I had a lot of rare clothing pieces (only including 2 images) that were really hard to tailor since most were very specific pieces like bodices, skirts with an specific flare and others..., I searched with other tailors and everyone else couldn't do it, he not just did it but did I wonderfully!!! Impecable work, a true legend and my new go to guy ????

$45 to hem unstructured blazer sleeves! You could have knocked me over with a feather. And it wasn't even pressed and was told to go to the cleaners to have it pressed as their press "would make it shiny." It should not have come back with one wrinkle for that price. Trying to support local business but sadly will not be back.

Eddie is the best. Very professional, fair prices and amazing turnaround time. Definitely recommend the store for any alteration needs.
