There was a young blonde waitress whom I had only seen once before was extremely rude to my friend and I. She argued with us about coffee creamer something we have there all the time as we go there regularly she was rude and stated they’ve never had creamer before. She went to another waiter who I had seen there several times, comes to our table and asks us what we would like I stated coffee and creamer he said fine yes I will get that for you we also gave our order right then as we get about the same thing every time. We sat there about 20 minutes no chips and cheese / salsa or drinks. She stood by the register sat a few people but nothing else accept cash out a couple of people. Our food came out about 30 minutes at that point I asked if we could get our Drinks and Chips Cheese / Salsa. He finally got the Chips Salsa/ Cheese started 35 minutes after our dinner is done no Drinks yet that the coffee is still making I wait for about 5 more minutes knowing it’s been done as I went up and looked. Stated to the waiter can I get the coffee and creamer as our dinner is done he then brought it out. We never got refills asked if we were done and needed boxes. I have always enjoyed The atmosphere service and food. That’s why I always go but am very disappointed with the lack of customer service and lack of quality care. I hope they retrain the Blonde as I’m sure her comments to the other waiter was not relayed correctly about how she spoke to us.

Fajita nachos were awful. Enchiladas not bad nor prices. But, $4 charge for credit card which we weren’t informed of, not right. Therefore, will NOT return. Charge a fee, lose a customer.

This place use to be good today we got a togo order for dinner tonight we only got half of our order and my husband called we had to wait 25 minutes for the rest of our order husband gets back home and they gave us someone elses order like are you kidding me and now his 3rd time up there they are not wanting to give us the rest of our food ridiculous we spent $60 just to get the shaft and the food is mediocre at best will not be going back here inside or takeout just unprofessional and rude service the whole time

Had what would compete with the worst margarita. The amount of tripple sec compared to drinking straight out of the bottle. 2 sips and could not force myself to drink it. Disgusting and told waitress lulu that worst one i have had from them. Said the machine is messing up since heat but still charged me even though i could not drink. Will not be back and recommend others in area vs what this place is now serving.

Very bland. You get your money's worth of food on the plate but the quality of the food isn't great. So many Mexican restaurants in Polk county this is not one of the best by far.
