I usually come to this laundry mat once a month every month for the past 6 months.. normally I don't have any issues.. but this time, I used the super loader for $5.. the laundry mat was packed.. but for some reason there was no water coming into the machine.. I called the attendant over and showed her there was no water.. with 9 mins remaining and it was supposed to rinse it started washing and adding water .. I tried to explain there was no water my clothes didn't wash . The lady didn't speak English so it was difficult, so I talked to the owner, who yelled at me. Told me he watched the camera's and I put to much clothes.. the washer was not stuffed full, but it had a load, that's why I use the bigger washers .. The person on the phone was rude, yelling at me and totally jerk about it all.. I won't be coming back with the service I got . Be aware watch your clothes to make sure there actually washing.. Now I gotta pay to wash my clothes again someplace different pay for soap, bleach and softener all over again.. the clothes didn't even smell clean . If I could post pics of the loads I would.. karma.. Sorry I don't know how to respond to your reply.. But first you didn't want to hear what I was trying to explain. You maybe to say maybe 1 washer could possibly be overloaded, but to have 2 washers side by side.. I stood there and watched the machine.. Both washer just tumbled, when it should have washed, when it got down to 9 mins remaining all of a sudden the water in both machines started to collect. Normally my clothes come out smelling like soup, bleach or softner... Both loaded were wet and definitely not clean.. So I guess a level cart full of white clothes is overloading a 6 load washer.. Oh your so called refund if that was a refund Doesn't happen until after my post and As 'm walking out the door with 2 loads of dried folded laundry and 2 loads of wet dirty clothes,.your attendant starts to approach me, and I kept walking. That's how you offer a refund????

The best place in town to do your laundry. New machines, staff on sight and very friendly. By the time I figured out the cost to wash, dry, soap, fabric softer, and my time. I decided to check out their wash, dry, fluff, and fold service. It was cheaper to have them do my laundry. I love this place ???? Great Customer Service!

Was here for a wedding. We needed a place to do laundry and this place was perfect. Owner was even at the premise working on machines and helping customers. The regulars said he is always here. Prices were also very reasonable!
