I was craving authentic tamales and for some reason this place caught my eye. The chicken tamale had some kind of pink 'meat' that looked like it was preformed so since I couldn't identify it so I didn't eat it. The pork tamale was spicy even though I asked the woman if it was spicy she said no but that was my fault because if you ever ask the question "is it spicy" the answers always going to come back "no". My foodie inclination to stop at a random store failed me that day.
Great place to have a burrito, jello, fresh squeezed orange juice, the have games to play for all ages, they have a bakery. The workers are always nice to me. They even accept food stamps. This is located in Wilmington ca. I will come back for more food. They cater food for partys

Ordered bolillo from this place while ago. Messed up on my order and they gave me credit to pick up bolillo on another occasion. I ordered 4 days in advance and specifically told them I wanted it warm at a certain time. When I picked it up the bread was hard and cold. No way it was freshly made. I went back and spoke to the cashier lady, was rude and told me the bread was freshly made at 6:00am. So I did told her I’ve order i the past and never had gotten cold bread when ordered at certain time. I ate one on way home and it was dry, and hard. I really never make any complaints on people. This time I had to. Other times bolillo bread was warm, soft, and delicious.
