I had an amazing experience! We had some last minute changes but we were able to come in and get two manicures and two pedicures done and they even stayed a little after closing to finish us! My nail tech was Kyle and did a great job! He was very meticulous and thorough- he made it sure it was a good job! Very appreciative and happy with the results! Would recommend!
I needed a few broken nails fixed. I went to the salon around 1100, but when I got there, the gentleman that normally does my nails was not present. I was on a time crunch and needed to be in and out by 1200. The woman in charge assigned a younger gentleman to do my nails. I allowed him to work on my nails, not knowing he was inexperienced: he confessed his inexperience to me (after he had already started) that him working on my nails was the first time he'd ever done long acrylic nails. But judging by how he was applying the acrylic powder, it appeared as though he was not a confident nail tech. Furthermore, it took about an hour and a half to repair 3 nails and none of the repaired nails look like my other nails. You can tell 2 different people did my nails.... The young gentleman wasn't able to finish due to me needing to leave, but I told the woman in charge that I didn't like my nails and that I could come back later so that the young man could finish my nails. She asked me if I wanted to pay now or later. I told her that if I'm able to come back to let the young man finish my nails, that I would rather pay later for the finished product. The lady then insists that I pay now and come back later. I got a little annoyed, because I kept telling her that I didn't like the way my nails looked and even showed her what my nails looked like. But she kept insisting I pay now and come back later. So I went ahead and paid. I will not be returning to this salon, if customers are coerced into paying for poor service. I didn't appreciate the owner delegating the task of reparing acrylic nails to someone who is inexperienced. I pay too much money to have my nails done by someone who does not know what they're doing. If the salon doesn't have the proper experienced personnel to accomplish long acrylic nails, then turn the customer away. No one should have to pay for nails they're not satisfied with. I'm disappointed because every other time I've come here, I've had positive experiences, but this particular experience was a let down and major inconvenience.
Every person here seemed to have a bad attitude and talked in a foreign language the whole time. Terrible service, application of product and manners. The manager went into my purse to get my card out while I was getting my nails done. She is very rude and bossy. If you have standards on how your nails look, don't come here. They couldnt understand me and got mad when I asked for what I wanted. They CANNOT understand you. Goodluck.
