Cannot recommend..... Normally I'd clean the car myself - however it was a last minute decision to try these guys out to save time. More fool me as I ended up cleaning it again myself afterwards! Certainly isn't 'Elite' standard - hardly touched the front bumper and grill, they're still filthy! Number plate is still filthy, plus the windscreen to the side has a load of dirt wiped to the edge.

Just had my van "cleaned", absolutely shocking, alloys filthy, soap not been cleaned & had to use my wipers on my windscreen to get the film off. Would of gone back to complain but had to be somewhere. Will not be returning.

Always hoped this despicable behaviour would be a one off but no such luck. Shocking place with racist attitude. The sulky rude man in charge made racist comments about a year ago when I pointed out that my car was not completely clean. Recently his boys have been quite rude, they done like to be told that car still needs some cleaning at places. I have tipped them too from time to time but they are ignorant and horrible. They can easily damage your car so don’t leave car with them without supervision. More rude and aggressive if a woman is on her own. The guys before them were extremely nice with great bespoke service at times. How is this disgusting, aggressive, rude, substandard scummy business allowed to run their shabby service? I felt threatened by the man in charge and was upset for hours later.

Nothing elite about this place. Was hoping the half-hearted poor clean the first time I used them a year ago was a one-off. Tried again this week, didn’t even clean large areas of the car. The owner had a poor attitude when I pointed out all dirty areas and then gave them one wipe with a dry cloth, removing no dirt. I bought the car home and cleaned it myself. Zero customer service, disinterested teens doing a poor job.

Charged my wife £15 to "clean" the outside only of her car and it is still dirty. We has to clean off bits of dirt when she got home. Rip off and poor service. Won't be using again. £15 to clean the outside of a Mini Countryman is robbery!! I know prices are going up but this is obscene.
