Had a pleasant experience here on my way down South. The room was clean and the A/C worked wonders during the summer heat. Definitely recommend if you need a room in the Roanoke area!!

Run down and dirty. Comforters had not been washed in ages. You certainly do not feel safe at all. Appears to be substantial drug and other criminal activities on premises regularly. DO NOT RECOMEND AT ALL!!

It was EXCELLENT at the Embassy inn here and Salem, any bad reviews put up about this hotel is nonsense because their rooms have been very recently updated. They are VERY clean and VERY nice AND comfortable. They're prices are affordable. The service is very endearing and it reminds me of family. I recommend this hotel to traveling families/business people whom are looking for a great deal. ????

Room suck the people there suck there was bugs in the bed it was all nasty.

Great we’ll cleaned and nice, nicely Renovated better than the motels nearby. Management and everyone is very polite well rounded overall experience was great I would recommend coming back
