Open your pate before eating them. The pate usually taste good but this time I found ants in my pate.I went back the lady wanted to argue with me over the ants I just cannot. If you’re okay with eating ants go ahead THE pate taste good I just don’t eat ants.

Great spot for Haitian Patte I enjoy the fish ones from here and the drinks . I can’t speak for the food. The Akasan is so yummy. I like it warm. Akasan (sometimes Aka100) is a popular Haitian beverage made from milk, corn flour, anise stars, vanilla and cinnamon. It is drunk either warm or cold, often as a breakfast beverage. Akasan is known for its rich sweetness and thickness. Customer service is decent with certain staff. I enjoy the one lady she’s always kind and smiling willing to help both Haitian and others who come there.

My favorites are the spinach (Lalo) and sweet plantain (bannann) for breakfast. I love all their Patties, Labouyl, Mayi Moulin, and, of course, their soup, Joumou! I literally drive about 30 min on the weekend to get breakfast. Everything really is delicious! ????
