Omg!! I have been coming here for almost 3 months now and I love them. Peaceful environment for Medi & Pedi. Friendliness from when you walk in to when you leave. They have worked with my schedule and emergency nail appointments. Every and any design I come in with is beautifully created. Thank you all so much.

I went in with a picture of both the nail style and shape I wanted. I went here because of their beautiful pictures and work. I ended up with oddly shaped nails that had bubbles and lumps all over them as well as it not going all the way to my cuticle. I do not recommend at all. Also the lady cut one of my fingers rather badly and it hurts a lot.

Today 8/26/2022 I went to get a dipped powder gel set, honestly, I never get my nails done around Englewood because of the poor work but today I said let me give them a try, so disappointed something as simple as a dipped powder manicure first of all she stab me in my finger with the cuticle cutter 3 of my nails cracked and lumpy I told her about she completely ignore me, I REPEAT I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL..

The nail technician was good, a longer foot massage would have been a plus. The owner charged $65 for a gel manicure and regular pedicures when I have paid 1/2 that price at this location before. When I find my receipt she will have to give me a refund. This place won't ever get my money.

I was very excited when the owner Cindi was doing my nails and how beautiful they looked. As I have been using acrylic for many years now and only put a gel color on top. I called and they told me they only do gel. My nails looked absolutely stunning for the past few days & and I got them done on Tuesday and it is Friday and my nails are lifting… I spend $100 on my nails and The fact that the gel is not holding is very devastating. Cindy the owner was very professional and paid attention to detail. But very sad that they can’t even hold up a week.. this is where the 3 stars come from. I will be going back there only because she was so nice. Very sweet lady.
