I called first to bro g my dress in and spoke to Kelly to see if she could fix a formal dress for a ball my husband and I are attending and she said please come in. I brought it in the answer was no as soon as I walked in and took my gown out of the bag I had it pinned and ready to go and I was told NO. It was a waste of my time since ths high school In Belleville comes first and nothing else. Needless to say I will not be returning even though it’s on our Main Street and so convenient to where I live I will never go back after the rude service I received.

I've been going here for about 20yrs she is always willing to give you the personal service . She is top notch when it comes to alterations.

Do NOT take Formal dresses there... my daughters maid of honor dress is messed up. Do not let them touch any formal dresses.

Enrica s usually my go to for alterations, but i won't use her again. I went to pick my dress up and nothing as even done with my dress. There was a cut by the zipper and that was it. Went back later to get my dress..... zipper was fixed, but my hem was not even. Dress was longer in the front and short in the back. Sloppy job overall. Highly upset with her service!!!

Great customer service. Enrica is such a nice woman. Their work is top notch.
