Very nice place! We enjoyed it on an early evening (Friday) and was quiet, which we liked. Food was good. Staff was nice. Their D.J. is awesome! Best music choices I've heard in a while. Saturday nights are more crowded i hear, so will have to check it out. I also loved their lobby with a red carpet and ready to take celebrity style photos. Haha! Super nice interior decor.. love the black and white couches. A+

What a big disappointment. Beautiful place, however a beautiful place is pointless when your staff lacks knowledge and patients. It was one of the most unpleasant experiences I have ever encounter. I encourage you to save some time, money and the chance to be mistreated. I went in with my boyfriend. The food was cold and he brought it up to the owners attention. My boyfriend handled it in a calmly matter. However the same cannot be said for the owner. The owner took us into the kitchen to prove that the food was not cold. According to him we were lying to him in order to get free food. This escalated way too far way to fast because he let it get that far. We would have been happy with an honest and humble apology. I would have prefer that much more then him yelling at us “Food is on us” "get out of my restaurant" and truly humiliating me and my boyfriend in front of the staff and customers. This was a rather uncountable situation that I believe I should have never been put on not because I am a customer but because I am a human and all humans truly deserve to be treated with dignity.

Good space, nice layout and music. But if you don't know the bartender, don't expect them to look your way. Literally would have to wait 30/40 minutes for them to actually get me a drink.and it wasn't that packed. But VERY understaffed.

This past weekend we were out for a birthday celebration and we decided to try out this new place called "Escape" it's known for their "Trendy, upscale sports bar & lounge". But it was completely opposite from their bold statement they try to sell you. We were greeted right away just to be told "you have an hour and then will be charging a 40 dollar cover because we will be having a Bulgarian performer tonight". I've never heard of such a thing. Usually when you arrive before the cover charge they let you in and not charge you at all. What kind of establishment are you running? " You have an hour till you hangout and then will charge you for being here already". I also would like to add we were informed by two different employees two different amounts for a cover charge. It's clear you guys are only hungry for money. For having such a big group (12) you definitely lost there. We decided to take our service somewhere else which was next door, called DRINK. We walked in and we definitely felt Welcomed unlike "Escape". I work in a customer service business and our goal is to make our clients feel welcomed and to comminate their needs. You should evaluate your goals as a company to reach a great establishment. You should be thankful I can only rate you a one star because if I could rate you zero I would. Consider yourself lucky!

Great decor and atmosphere but SERVICE is horrible. Out waitress took way too long to bring drinks at the beginning of the night and then way too long to bring our checks. Our checks were also incorrect and we had to wait extra time until new checks were brought. This is also definitely a bar/lounge geared towards Europeans especially Polish people. I might give this place another try just because I live 5min away but first impression are not great especially on the service/hospitality side.
