I go here for pedicures only. I like this place because they use bags in their pedicure sinks so that helps with cleanliness. The prices are not too bad either. I really enjoy Helen, she has a great personality and cracks me up everytime. A lot of people come here for manicures too, and have commented that they like these also. I called and made an appointment for 4 people the day before but when we got there they had not reserved the seating so we had to wait about 30min, so personally, I don't think it makes a difference to call in to reserve. I get gel nails and pedicures with Kim and she does a great job! She is not in a rush and very detailed and gentle! Not to mention she is extremely sweet!

She was annoying kept moving my hand telling me to relax. Idk what product she used but my nail beds hurt so bad and broke off causing bleeding they are filed so thin to the skin. It took 2 hrs for acrylic. I asked for a rebase but she convinced me to remove and do them all new when it wasn’t necessary. This is the first time ever my nail beds are bleeding hurt and turn off the skin

This was my first time here. I requested a dip manicure. My nails are uneven and requested square, some are rounded and cuticles were not trimmed, powder on outter edges of dip were not well smoothed that it looks cakey. the only thing done was applying the colored dip powder. The cuticle oil pretty much covered the rigidness of the edges of the dip. I'm disappointed with it and sad I wasted my money here. Going elsewhere to fix this disaster.
