Excellent car wash

PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING HERE. PLEASE. I have be devastated by this deplorable establishment. I feel real physical pain in my chest and throat from the level of rage and anger I feel toward the terrible people that work here. I took my 2023 Kia Telluride SX AWD to this awful place thinking that if I paid for a 100% hand wash that I would get a better experience than a drive thru style wash. What I got was permanent damages that immediately devalued my brand new car that only had 400mi on it. We’re talking about a $54,000 SUV. I paid $120 for a light detail and they permanently damaged the leather on 2 of my seats. They didn’t properly vacuum the rear 2 rows. They damaged and didn’t properly clean the center console. They damaged the rear bumper and generally just didn’t properly clean the vehicle. I had to ask them to vacuum the 3rd row again. The guy I was working with was so cool and the vehicle looked pretty good at a glance that I overlooked so many flaws. That’s where I messed up. After I left my wife started to point out the damages because she was paying closer attention than me. After all, I brought the truck for her. When I went back, there was no Manager, and guys that I spoke to previously suddenly didn’t speak good English. I’m disgusted by cowards who pretend to not understand just to avoid responsibility. I called back the next day and still no manager aside from the guy who claimed to be acting as the manager but also didn’t speak very good English. I contacted my family attorney and he in so many words told me to just eat it. Win some, lose some. It wouldn’t be worth my time to go after these clowns in court. He had the nerve to tell me to take pictures of the condition of my vehicle before handing it over to anyone for anything if I want to avoid the hassle of proving that damages cause by a wash, mechanic or valet were not present prior. Let’s be honest, who’s going to take pictures of their vehicle every single time? People with good reviews about this place must have bad eyes, low standards or good luck. I have a theory why this happened and it’s not exactly popular. My theory is the men that work here cleaned my vehicle quickly, poorly and roughly in a discriminatory fashion because I’m a black man. You don’t have to like what I’m saying or agree with it. I grew up in downtown LA in predominantly Spanish areas. I have good friends of all ethnic background and I know for a fact from life long experience and admissions that many (not all) Hispanic people have a deep seated and cultural lack of respect for African Americans which makes what happened here even more despicable. So I’ll revise my warning. If you’re black and/or don’t support racism, don’t go here. They might treat your vehicle poorly because they don’t respect you. Doesn’t matter that I’m a respectful and peaceful man with his wife and 3 children. Doesn’t matter that I still tipped. Some people are just not good people. THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT GOOD PEOPLE. I’ll put my anger into perspective for you. I despise this establishment and the people that work here with a strong passion that burns deep in my core. I hope this place closes for reasons related to grievances like mine. I hope that this review catches the attention of all potential customers and I invite anyone reading this to look into my account and read the hundreds of reviews I’ve written on Google alone. I have millions of views and likes because I am fair and unbiased when I write. Nothing I’ve stated is false or exaggerated. I value reviews as a essential component of a well informed consumer and would never subvert that over a personal grudge. Proceed with caution.

I had a fantastic experience at this car wash! The fact that it's 100% hand wash with no machines or harsh bristles on your paint is a huge plus. They're incredibly fast and efficient, and the quality of their work is top-notch. I highly recommend this place. Abraham, the owner, was extremely helpful and walked me through the entire car detailing process. A truly great service overall!

They are open the latest time than any other car wash / detailing place. I appreciate that. They were very nice, and took me in right away. It is a bit pricey, someone posted the prices and it looks like it went up $5 from that post. They did a great job! My car looks smells and feels new again.
