This review is based entirely on my experience with the switchboard, and not from my experience with the driver (she was lovely) I live in Toronto. My parents (in their 80s) live outside Brockville. I take the train back and forth to do what I can around the property on my days off. I sometimes want to go back home in the evening, but don't want to make them drive at night. Tuesday evening, my train was scheduled for 6.50 pm. I started calling Executive Taxi at 5.45pm. No one answered. I let it ring and ring, and was hung-up upon I tried again and and again. No one answered. I was getting frantic Finally, at 6.10, someone answered the phone. She was completely uninterested, and rather rude. I didn't make any complaint. The exchange was very brief. I wasn't sure anyone was going to show up.At 6.30, my 80 year old mom came out and offered to drive me to the station. As we were backing out of the driveway, the taxi arrived.. Again, the driver was absolutely lovely, and I managed to catch the train with 2 or 3 minutes to spare, but it was a stressful esperience, and I was furious about the lack of professionalism on the switchboard. Please look into this.

We usually like the service of executive but especially the evening dispatcher was very rude. Whenever we call especially in the evenings the lady was always rude and never listen what we are saying. I think so you guys need to upgrade your service.

Called for a taxi today to take me and stay and bring me back ...I told the dispatcher the details ...her response was basically a sheesh ok...like it was a massive Imposition. loved thr driver...the dispatch made me just shocked at the attitude

Should be a 5 star rating as is great company......however tonight I called for a cab at 7:25pm September 20. Asked for cab at emergency doors at bgh ....dispatcher very short on phone asks where to I said mallorytown...tis a 38.00 cab ride btw.....waited in the rain 20 minutes finally a cab pulls up to drop off a fare.....I wait asked him if he is to pick up call at emergency doors....he says the call has not gone out....he gets on radio asks dispatcher, named Vanessa , who says no call came in for emergency!!!! I called and spoke to her myself...she answered phone saying executive taxi and sure sounded same person on the radio. Very disappointed in executive dispatcher Vanessa. Enjoyed my cab ride home driver very polite, and great...he gets a 5 star rating! ...I feel company dispatcher gets a 1 star rating only because zero stars not available.....thank you Vanessa! Andy jr please address your dispatching issue! So in future I can give your company a much better rating that it truly deserves! Sorry!

I called a cab at 9:51 waited 45 mins that called them again asked how long they would be and turns out they got the number wrong for my house and they need to get a new dispatcher for that company she has no customer service at all if I could, I would get them zero stars
