Monica was our property manager for over 6 years. She found great tenants that were there for the entire 6 years. She ensured rent was paid on time and she handled any issues that came up with urgency and professionalism. If an issue came up that needed our attention, she always looked at it as if she was the owner and had recommendations ready. I’ve had property managers before in different states, but Monica is by far the best. If she managed property in different states, she would be my first and only choice. I highly recommend Monica. Best decision I ever made.

Monika Arrington is hands-down the best property manager I have ever had! I have been renting from her for a little over 2 years. She is extremely prompt (any problems brought to her attention will be dealt with immediately) she is honest, caring, genuinely loves her job & what she does and has a bigger heart then anyone I have ever met in my life. What can I say about Monika Arrington CEO OF expert property management. Let me first start out by saying I moved to New England from Pennsylvania trying to find a house/apartment quickly. I found an ad about an apartment for rent and that’s when I got to meet the Beautiful Monika. I came here so far away from family and friends looking for a new adventure with 2 furry babies. In so little words I can say Monika opened her arms and put all of her faith and trust in to me hoping I’d be a great tenant. That I was after 13yrs. & still going strongly. I never must worry about if my appliances go nor my furnace due to Monika has someone there with in the hour. Monika came into my life at the rite time, my angel. She’s warm, loyal, trustworthy, honest etc. If you want your property kept up good, property well maintained, just call Monika..... she gets the JOB done. She’s still THE BEST PROPERTY MANAGER ????
