Always good machines. Clean. Most of the staff is really friendly. Only 4 stars because one lady that works there really doesn't seem to want business. She gets mad when people want change to play video games or gumball machines. She tells you "were closing at 9" when you walk in at 6:30, in a voice that sounds like she doesn't want you to start.

I paid the extra 50 for the wash so it will fill up with water on the rinse cycle on 2 loads. It didn't fill up, just squirt a little water periodically while as spinning. I ask the lady who works there, she doesn't know and can't find out. It's upsetting because it states this on the washers. If it's not true take that statement off of the washers. It's taped on each washer to put extra money to get this.. I like my clothes to fill up on the spin cycle. I don't feel like my clothes are really clean now.

Business owner harasses customers of Jimmy's Diner in the morning for parking in his completely empty parking lot. Threatens to tow away cars parked right at Jimmy's Diner and not on his businesses side of the parking lot. Go elsewhere for your laundry so your money goes to a more decent person.

Clothes came out dingy. Dryer took 3 quarters and still didn't dry the clothes fully. Overall the facility was clean, but the point of going to the laundromat is to clean and dry your clothes. Not impressed.

This place was absolutely terrifying. There are bugs everywhere, 60% of the machines are broken, every machine, table and chairs are from 1975 and probably have the original parts. The vending machines and ATM are all also out of order. Cockroaches everywhere. The dryer didn't work so I'm taking them elsewhere. I'm sure there's bedbugs in there too. Absolutely insane.
