Anna is by far the best lash technician I’ve ever had and is very knowledgeable, friendly and considerate. She always makes sure you are comfortable first before she begins and she takes her time to make sure she is doing the best job. As for my eyebrows, I’ve had bad luck with techs in the past but when Anna waxed my brows, I was EXTREMELY happy with the results and her attention to detail. I did not have to tell her what I wanted, she just knew what to do. She even used this specific wax that is gentle for your skin and it did not make my skin itch. Overall, I highly recommend Anna for any of your beauty needs.

I have been seeing Anna a few months now for my lashes. She definitely blew me away with how thoughtful and considerate she is, always going above and beyond! It is very clear Anna really loves her clients! Anna really is great at her job, she shaped my eye lashes so beautifully to compliment my eye shape and also took the time to teach me how to wash my lashes and care for them to improve my lash longevity. Anna is very professional, and super sweet. Her studio is very clean and cozy. I was previously getting my lashes by the same girl for 2 years ( in Toronto) and was super nervous to choose a new lash artist and been going to Anna for three months now and very happy with my lashes every time!

I never leave reviews but I would like to share my experience and stop you from doing your lashes with Anna. I spent 2hrs getting a mega volume full set and $150 later and 48hrs later my lashes all fell off. First off, Anna provides a $5 discount if you leave a review so please please don’t trust the good review ratings on here. There are many incentives behind it. Anna has zero professionalism which is reflective on her business and customer service! I reached out to her to let her know my lashes are literally falling out in chunks and sent her a picture. I’ve done lashes many times and cared for them properly within the 48hrs. It truly appears that her application or glue was just not done correctly. She refuses to refund me or fix them. Without going into the ordeal of our back and forth conversations. Save your money, save your time, and go elsewhere. She is all talk no action. She is after money. Very rude personality. She genuinely does not care about customer satisfaction. In spreading my experience with my network she is known in the area to do horrible lashes that fall off with cheap products! Please beware! Save your money and go elsewhere!
