Would have rated 5 except I had an iffy experience here. Everything is great I love my and my moms barbie nails and my experience was great until halfway through my fingernails . I continued to tell my tech to give an arch in my french tip but instead he kept doing it straight. This caused him to do my nails for probably about 30 mins longer than he needed and my mom finished before I did even though I only had gotten french. Then he tried to do a flower on my nail even though I asked him several times to not do one on my fingers. The lady who did my moms nails then asked him how much it was after he finished me and he told them 70$ for my french tips, when the price listed is 55$ and it was not I who caused him to spend an extra 30 mins on my nails. My moms full design was only 68$ Luckily, the lady who did my moms nails charged 55$ and we got a little bit of a discount. I like my nails very much but charging me 15$ extra for a mistake the tech made himself is ridiculous. My mom had a fabulous time however and we will come again likely, hopefully I don’t get the same tech.

honestly was recommended this nail salon and really looked forward to it. I made an appointment for 4:30 wednesday last week, they didn’t end up starting until 4:50ish almost 5 which was fine i get they’re busy. Michael did my nails and they came out so pretty although he didn’t like the fact i wanted to change one of my colors and look again before he put it on and as soon as it hit 6:00 he complains that it was time to go home and he’d hurry for me but the time wasn’t a problem for me. He then proceeded to rush my nails to finish, barely added top coat, and not even any cuticle oil afterwards. I was charged over $100 with the tip I added and was happy with them, but this past monday they started lifting not just one but multiple nails, not even a week after I got them done only 5 days!!! Tried to call for them to fix them but they said they’re fully booked for a few days. Honestly some of the WORST customer service Ive received at a nail salon and was disappointed as I heard such good things about them and very unhappy as these were supposed to be my prom and graduation nails.

My birthday set was amazing!!! Flower did my work. Will return. My second set Valentines day! Love them!!! I come here often. However after today. I'll pass. I won't go into detail but it's fine.

My wife treated me to a deluxe pedicure, what an amazing year. I highly recommend you give it a try, and go deluxe you only live once so enjoy yourself. Great people, really nice, really great experiences.

I really loved my nail tech! She took her time and got everything done just right! They came out gorgeous ???? I can't stop looking at them definitely what I wanted and worth every penny She absolutely made a repeat customer out of me!
