Famous Nails is my favorite nail salon in Lehigh Acres, FL. Tina always does a phenomenal job on my nails and they last me a long time before needing a fill. I've been going here for years and just love their service which includes waxing, etc done by Kandi. I just love these two and they always take good care of their customers by offering affordable prices.

I started out with majestic on colonial and have never in 2 years been disappointed. Perfect nails! I wanted to stay in town lehigh... and get my nails done since it was around the holidays. Once I got home all I saw were uneven nails, none of them were shaped properly, had flat and wavy spots on all my nails, acrylic stuck under my nails, went back the next day to get tye worst one at least fixed and it looked just as bad after so I will not ever go back. There were 3 other people that came in while I was there with similar issues, and 1 day later, I had a severe skin reaction, burning and itching. I had to get a cream to put on my painful hands, I've never had a reaction, and I've had at least 6 sets of acrylics put on or filled in the past 2 years. I believe the only person I've heard a referral to this place was for Jon, otherwise I wouldn't trust anyone in there, they're way to busy, they rush and I wish I could've got my money back. Now I've filed off my polish and am going to get a proper fill and polish after just around 2-3 weeks. I figured if I go back and you can't fix one nail, I'm not sitting there waiting to be completely disappointed again. My nails are uneven, lumpy, and polish, but I wasn't even covering my entire nails. Flat spots, and the next day, look at the reaction to my skin, and I've never, ever had a reaction from having my nails done. Spent $75 included tip. I'm down to bare acrylic nails now. I had to file the polish off because it was embarrassing to look at. I'm hoping I can get into my regular salon asap! It's too bad I didn't take more photos from the sides and underneath because they were absolutely awful. It looked like if I had tried to do them myself, which is why I go to a supposed professional ????! See my black nails! Those are what my nails look like, done at my regular nail salon in Fort Myers on Colonial! Every time! Never trying a new salon again.

RUN… DO NOT COME HERE!!! this place may be cheaper.. I know, but at what cost?! - I just wanted my nails removed (done in another salon) and they were NOT GENTLE OR NICE about it.. used an Old and Painful technique just to “save some money” on products. The Tech, was very rough and destroyed my ALREADY SENSITIVE nails… Never again! - NEVER. Just spend the extra money and get your nails removed correctly.

I recently decided to get my nails (hands and feet) done there last week. The last time I got them done, I went to a place in Ft. Myers, which I absolutely loved. I wanted to try a place closer to home this time. I paid $90 for both hands and feet together, plus a $5 tip to the guy who did my feet and a $5 tip to the woman who did my hands. I was please with how my feet felt and looked, so the older gentleman did a good job with that. I just wish he trimmed my toenails square instead of more round. I don’t know his name. The lady who did my nails first was Candy. She was so nice and sweet, but her skills with nails could use some work. I left seeming happy because I couldn’t bring myself to say anything at first. I sat in the parking lot for about ten minutes. The more I looked at my hideous nails, the more I knew I had to say something. I called them and told them. The lady on the phone told me to come back so they can fix it. I wanted the young girl in Candy’s row to fix them because I seen a clients’ nails she was working on and she looks like she can shape nails real nice, but I got Tami, I think her name was. She is a vet there. She is also really nice and accommodating. She did my dip nails as if they were acrylic though, with a brush technique, which I found odd, but okay. She did a better job, but it I still had to fix them how I wanted them when I got home. The clear nail in the first pic is what I asked for, the yellow mustard color pics of my nails are the first set from Candy, the white and clear French is what Tami did, and the other gold is after I re-shaped them and re-polished them myself. They still were terrible looking even after all of that. I should have just asked to get my money back instead of putting myself through all that extra wasted time. I will never go back there again unless I can get the young girl to do my nails.

I wish no stars were an option. "Kim" drilled the bottom of my real nails that WERE an inch and a half long, leaving holes in them strait through to the acrylic and some were half gone with nothing but acrylic overlay left. They were very unapologetic, did not offer to reimburse me, robbed my beautiful natural nails. I kept telling her not to file the bottom of my nail and she kept agreeing but kept doing it. I always tipped 20 to 30 dollars and will NEVER go back here. I recommend you don't either
