The quality of the food at this hamburger shop does not justify the price paid. Unfortunately, our order experience was disappointing; they made mistakes with both my order and that of my girlfriend. My order was incomplete, missing some items, and they mistakenly served my vegan girlfriend a burger that, while I hope was vegan, it was not the Vegan Gemüse Burger, that she ordered. To make matters worse, the wrong phone number is listed on Google, but thankfully, we found the correct number on Lieferando. When we called to inform them about the errors, there was no apology or acknowledgement of the mistakes. They seemed a bit annoyed, but eventually sent us the correct sandwiches. It would have been appreciated if they had at least offered some compensation, like a small serving of chips, considering the inconvenience caused. Overall, the experience was quite frustrating, and I'm hesitant to order from them again.

Best vegan burger and amazing sauce with vegan onion rings! I got delivery so not sure what it’s like inside. Soooo good though, really hit the spot! Thank you for the vegan options. It was delicious ????

This is what we got for €6,50, Vegane chili cheese pommes. €6,50!! Embarrassing really. Will never order at this place again.

Absolute not worth the try, regular food quality, overpriced, the order took more than 1,5 hours to be delivered, when called to clarify was met with accusations that I am lying about the time as I was mixed up with another delivery to another address nearby, very rude service personnel, one part of the order didn't arrive at all, called the restaurant, was told it will come, never did. I complained then directly via lieferando and got my issue and return of money settled with them and not with the restaurant directly. Pity and never again.
