Fancy Nails

When I first walked in I was happy to see a clear list of services and prices. I got a basic French pedi and figured there would be a $5 increase because of the French. The massage was lifeless and not relaxing which is a bummer and the paint job was just OK. Upon leaving I was charged $40 when the service was listed as $25&up, there is no way they charge an extra $15 for a basic French, I thought to myself. I looked around the salon more to figure out what was going on, the lady kept rushing me to sign the receipt and came over to take it from me 3 separate times in under 2 minutes. I didn't want to sign until I understood the huge price increase. Then I found a secondary price list that showed prices and services at a $10 higher amount than the first one I saw when I walked in. I do not feel like this is an honest business practice and I will not be going back here again.

I used to love going here. But the last few times I’ve noticed that the Energy in the salon has been very negative. I know it’s kind of a thing for Nail salons and the employees to be talking about you in their language but I feel like this salon is really bad and it’s very obvious you’ll say something and then they’ll immediately start Speaking in their language and laughing at you it’s very uncomfortable and childish. After yesterday, and watching them, treat this lady next to me so horribly yes, I’ve made the decision that I will not be coming back here.

I have so enjoyed coming here! They're fast and friendly and do an amazing job! Young (so sorry if I spelled incorrectly) does my nails and knocks it out of the park every time! Here's my latest set. Thank you fancy nails!!
