This San Francisco bakery has my heart – and my taste buds! The array of both sweet and savory pastries is a continuous delight, and they're always coming out fresh. If you have a thing for red bean fillings like I do, you're in for a treat – just be warned, they fly off the shelves like hotcakes (or, in this case, hot pastries). The place might be small, but the flavors are anything but. It's a cozy little spot that's definitely worth a stop. I left with a full bag of goodies – couldn't resist. ???? If you're swinging by, bring your self-control game because, trust me, it'll be put to the test. Happy indulging! ????????
Amazing! Finding this bread shop in the area, filled with sweet & savoury, individually packeted bread rolls, buiscuits and cakes. I was excited to get my tray filled with a number of items. Red bean filled bun, sesame seed cookies - irresistible. Prices are reasonable. Tastes so good. Recommend this shop if you are in the neighborhood.
This place is your typical grab your own items spot, but ever since COVID, they changed to a spot where you place your order at the counter and someone will grab it for you. I do have a good variety of items and it's pretty simple to order. I definitely would try to know what you want before you get to the front of the line. There is a large menu in the front and you are able to see what they have, but I would suggest having a good idea of what you want to get. Came here early on a Saturday morning and grabbed a good amount of items. I really like the hot dog bao and the cocktail bun. The bread is super soft and fresh. I had the cocktail bun a day after and it was still very good. This place does tend to get a little bit busy, and because you don't grab your own items the line is outside. Line does move pretty quickly so you won't be waiting too long.
Cute, clean Chinese bakery on San Bruno Ave with a large assortment of goodies, all reasonably priced. Family got the coconut buns and loved it! We'll have to report back when we go again and try some other items
Very bad customer service. The asian ladies working there are always rude and rush you out of the store. There's no courtesy to the customers whatsoever. I've gone a couple of times since I live near San Bruno Avenue, and I always get discriminated, I don't know if it's because I'm Hispanic because I see the other Asian customers getting treated way better than me. The bread and cakes are okay, but the customer service makes me not want to go there again.
