We stayed for Karaoke. The music selection is great just the usability is worth improving. Choosing songs from a pdf list of 130 pages and putting the song number into a device while pointing up to the receiver and the ceiling is not great, doable but not great. The alcohol free cocktails were great!

Song selection is somewhat disappointing. Many many songs we wanted to do were not available. And looking up songs was very time consuming and not user friendly. It would have been nice to have a better format to look up songs, electronically, buy song title as well as by artist. Even a paper copy would have been nice for browsing. Also, jugs of beer are insanely expensive.

We stopped by to sing some songs in a private karaoke booth on a Monday evening. The staff members were very nice and helpful. The karaoke machine was a little tricky to navigate for English songs (you could only search by the singer’s first name), but no big deal. We have encountered this particular challenge with karaoke machines in many cities. We really enjoyed our night! We will go back (or maybe try their sister location Switch) the next time we visit Vancouver.

The staff here were very awkward and unwelcoming. They mentioned that the "lights don't work" in the room we were trying to take, so we asked if there are NO lights at all, then they replied "No, like you don't know...disco balls??" with raised eyebrows and a rude tone as if she heard something SO ridiculous. It would've been nice if they could've been clear from the beginning or just kindly explained what they meant. Then they asked for $60/hour for a room with a malfunctioning piece (the disco lights). We then said "oh it's okay, maybe another time" then they just smacked their lips and shut their eyes as if they didn't really bother. I'm sorry but I thought I was in a 5-star fancy restaurant trying to get a table on a New Years Eve without reservations. Proper staff training is urgently needed!!

Super nice place for karaoke. Good and large choice of songs. The price is really good it you can go during happy hour.
