Very friendly if it's gonna cost more they let ya know and do great service very thorough and great attention to detail. Noticed my sway bar was loose tightened it up and greased ball joints great place, actually best in Morristown my opinion I drove from bean station.

I replaced the front struts with brand new gabrielle complete struts on my brother in laws 2013 nissan pathfinder, and when he went here to get an alignment the mechanic told him the "brand new"struts had too much play in them to do an alignment. Apparently these people do not know how to mechanic. I DO NOT recommend.

I had new tires put on my truck. They didn't replace one of the center caps correctly and it fell off shortly after leaving. They told me they would replace it and asked for my information and pictures. 4 months and many phone calls later, they have yet to fix the issue. Update: They stopped communicating with me and when I went in, they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about.

Called and got in to get 3 used tires put on and was able to get it done same day! Very fast service, more than fair pricing, and the tires were in great condition for used tires. Will keep using them!
