A+ all around… Service, kindness, professionalism, and experience. Ben and his crew are so thorough and so efficient. They made it easy on us. They came to our home, assessed and took all of our wool area rugs with them and said it would take a week or so to clean them. And they had it done a few days early ???? They brought the rugs back, put them into their proper places and did any adjustments that needed to be done as far as properly trimming the pads we already had. We had 13 area rugs cleaned, a few stain treated and a few got new non-slip padding. They do it all and make it so very easy on the homeowner. We will definitely count on them again in the future ??

Fibra cleaned both of these rugs for us. They were very professional with pick-up, delivery, and communication, and our very dirty and pet-stained rugs came back to us clean and sweet smelling!
