It was one of the ONLY places open at the time we were hungry...so we came over. Glad we did...it was pretty amazing food! It took a while for the drive thru but when we finally got our food...It was worth it. ????????????????
Ground beef was disgusting tasted like sludge I would never go here ever again I got so upset I threw it on the ground looks like where it belongs in the garbage looks like something I cleaned out my newborns dirty diaper
Asked for a bacon egg cheese and potato burrito and was told by the cashier they can't do that. Only bacon egg and cheese, apparently. I'll take my money elsewhere then if your establishment is incapable of fulfilling such a basic order. Place looks dirty, run down, and deserted. Skip this and try another Mexican restaurant in the Albuquerque area.
I'm kinda sad about this location. I live in the SV and usually go to the location on Central and Atrisco and it is always spot on and delish! Today we got take out from the Zuni location because it's close to our office. I ordered huevos rancheros and they are nowhere near the same as good as the other location. my beans are very dry, the red chile is off and instead of pico de gallo, I got a bell pepper mix which threw off the whole taste of my huevos rancheros. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back to this location.
Came in after around 3:30 after lunch and when things were beginning to slow down. First impression is the menu. Lots to choose from. Taqitos, tacos, burritos, enchiladas, and tostada's. Food came out within 15 minutes hot. I tried the enchiladas; beef and pork. Inside seating area needed attention. Nothing horrendous but filled with crumbs. You could tell they had a busy day. Beans were a bit too salty for my taste. Rice cooked perfectly. Tender chicken chunks. Shredded beef melted in the tortilla. Jamaica drink is too sugary for me. Go for the horchata instead. Don't forget to grab a small boat of tortilla chips. They offer it at the front but never tell you about it. Or at least I was not told about it. Cashier helped me pick the local favorite dishes. Pictured food: #5.
