Best salon in Vancouver. I started going to fingertips after I had an awful experience at another salon. Nancy brought my nails back to health after they had been ruined and now I wouldn’t go anywhere else. All the ladies here are always so happy, offering tea, coffee and your own choice of music! Pedicures and manicures are so professional, I would recommend anyone to go here!

I was a regular for over 2 years but the quality in service and professionalism has deteriorated to the point I won't be returning. Their goal is to get as many people through the door as possible, rather than schedule clients accordingly - 1 nail tech was simultaneously doing my French and a neighboring client's shellac. The work was rushed and sloppy. They tried to send me on my way with 1 layer of colour. I had to ask for a 2nd layer. The outcome looks nothing like the photo and they cut my cuticles aggressively, causing me to bleed twice. They even forgot the top coat on one nail and when I noticed and went back they had me stand while getting it done and dismissed me after only 30 seconds of curing. Never again.

I have been coming here for many years. Always nice warm welcome and very quick to accommodate. I do basic manicure and pedicure and eyebrows, and it is always great. Thank you so much for such great service. :-)
