Aweful customer service. I was accused of trying to dry my clothes for free. When the dryer did not dry clothes after one dollar was spent by me. She put in twenty five cents to show me that it worked. It didn't keep heating. It stopped and my clothes still were not dry. She was long gone. She said that she had just came in to clock out and i needed to wait until tomorrow. Is that what we do now things now, ride the clock. She called me called a liar. Then she said, on the way out as if she couldn't say it to my face, "you don't get your clothes dried free lady." I went back the next day to get the owners name and number. I was refused. The Attendant said that he didn't speak English well. Who is telling the truth then? He argued with me in perfect English. His word, "Lady you are a liar". " The dryer works perfectly." After much debate, he gave me seventy-five cents back. I had actually spent one dollar and she spent a quarter to no avail. Just be aware of their aweful customer service and possible bad washers and dryers. Watch out for the fake language barrier. Some foreign people use that excuse all the time to run you off. They know English. Especially if they have a business.

Horrible customer service! They will not take fault for their machines not working properly. The heavy set lady argued with me about how much money I put in the dryer when my clothes came out damp. I placed more clothes in a separate dryer with the same amount of money and those clothes dried fine. The machine was not heating properly. Most machines stay ouy of order. I've been coming here for years. The owners are just as bad as the employees as far as their not providing a better standard of customer service. It's just like they think "oh well the machine took your money, suck it up".

Had homeless folks in there sleeping. Bathroom smelt like piss no running water in the male bathroom. Floors was disgusting ???? folks leaving their clothes in the washer and dryer over night

At 12:28pm Female Attendant was asked to clean the bathroom because a 3yo was scared to use it. She insisted that it was clean even as Customer showed her. BA was used @ Kroger. 12:54pm, still hasn’t been cleaned (both need it & smell bad). Washing Machines are even dirty. As Attendant watches movies on her cell phone

They have lots of machines so most of the time you can get in and out quickly with out waiting for someone elses laundry to finish the wash or dry cycles.
