Don't waste your time coming to this spot because they do not value your time. I had to take time off for an appointment that was made over the phone. Arrived to be told they had no time for me. Bad customer service!

Recently moved to NB and needed a vehicle safety check. Flemming’s did looked after this for us. Friendly and courteous service. So we went back for our summer to winter tire swap out. All was done as scheduled and on time. We will continue to use Flemming’s for our auto needs.

Brought our tire in on Dec 29th for repair, got a call they had repaired on Dec 30th, I advised I would come Mon to pick it up, went Mon at 11:56 am they were closed. Called on Tues Jan 3 at 9 am and asked if could come pick up the car after they re-installed the tire on the car, was advised that after 4pm would be the best time., no problem. My husband went at 415 and was advised they didn't have time to do it, so my husband advised no rush and he would be back the next day. I went back at 940 to be told nobody knew anything about it, didn't know where my other tire was and they didn't have time to do the re-install. When I questioned them, instead of getting a pleasant response the mechanic advised me that they didn't have time, he was busy last night and he knew nothing about it, and when I asked if someone could help put the tire back in my car, the response was "you have to pay for it" of which I intended on doing so. The mechanic was very rude and very unprofessional. Once I paid, the mechanic snarkly told me good bye, meaning get out. If this is the way they treat possible new customers, I will not go back. If I could I would give a negative!

Great experience dealing with them! I don't even live in NB, I'm in Ontario and was interested in purchasing a classic used vehicle at a nearby dealership. For a small fee they had a mechanic visit the dealer and bring the car in for a full inspection, giving me more peace of mind! Highly recommended, and very friendly and honest, from the receptionist to the mechanic! Thank you so much.

Have been going to Flemming's now as a customer for just over 16 months, & have always been very pleased with the courtesy & the professionalism Robert & his staff have shown towards me. On Thursday {September 24th. 2021} afternoon, a part was delivered that was not a correct fit for my vehicle, rather than put everything back together again & reschedule another appointment, Robert jumped into his truck and made the 50 kilometer round trip into Moncton to get the right part! In today's world, where do you see such devotion to service & integrity for a customer... Thank you Robert, & all of your wonderful staff!
