My car needed auto body work done after a deer hit me. I brought it to Floyd's. They got me in quickly. Luckily , the repairs were more about replacing auto body parts, with minimal body work needed, but it was done in a little over a week. they made it very easy and were great!

Great job done by great people. Floyd recently did a door panel ding on our SUV. Excellent paint blend and match, looks better than new. There are a lot of good body shops in area, but if you are looking for the best, go to Floyds.

I brought my car in for paint touch up and to reinstall a decorative fiberglass trim piece under the hood. The Pros: They fit my car into their schedule on short notice, the receptionist and Mr. Floyd were nice (even when discussing my dissatisfaction) and they did a good job fixing the scrape on the front bumper. The initial estimate and final bill were similar. The Cons: My car was returned filthy. It was full of white grinding dust, even on the inside floor mat (drivers side). Nothing was used to protect the inside of my car. I mentioned this and they offered to wash the car. I told them I would wash it myself. The adhesive used to install the decorative trim piece under the hood shows in multiple spots. There is even a finger print in the center of the piece (in adhesive) and adhesive dripped on the trim piece itself. The carbon fiber around where the piece is mounted has surface damage in a couple spots. The adhesive used is a light gray, the trim piece is blue and the carbon fiber is black, so the extra adhesive is extremely obvious. I had also requested a few rock chips in the paint to be repaired and even supplied a color matched paint pen and clear coat pen. All he did was take the color paint pen and dab paint in the rock chips while I was standing there. No attempt to smooth out the paint; didn't even mention the clear coat. I have before and after pictures of the work that was done. They offered to try and fix what I was unhappy with; I chose not to bring my car back. I did receive a partial refund on the labor costs. Even though they tried to fix things, I am hesitant about ever bringing my vehicle to their shop again.

Family-run business. The guy who works on your estimate has been doing this for 35 years. Unlike other places, they are willing to do exactly what you want done on your vehicle, even if it isn't your insurance check. Answers any questions with an honest heart. Reassuring. Great paint job with lifetime warranty. There are two shop dogs who seem quite happy with their owners. If they're happy, then why wouldn't you be too?

14 days turn in to three months, it would have been longer but I kept calling them asking how much longer. The quote ended up being a lot more than they quoted me.They didn't seem to know what they were doing. When I finally picked up my car it run out of gas in their parking lot, I was still having problems with the car and finally had to take it somewhere else to get fixed. I didn't see a O on the ratings or I would have given them that. I do have one good thing to say, the owner is a nice guy but he doesn't have good help.
