Went to have dinner and when we arrived there was a family at the counter who was checking out. The lady behind the counter never even looked up and acknowledge us or anyone. The family at the counter had 2 little kids who were running around the restaurant yelling and shilling. Parents were oblivious to this. A couple that had finished eating were waiting to pay. We stood there waiting for over 15 minutes to be seated, acknowledged, but nothing. The waitress that was there didn't come up to say anything or help she just headed for the kitchen. I finally asked if we could seat ourselves and the lady at the counter told me she didn't have time to clean tables and didn't know what was available. I told her there was a table there and she got an attitude and said whatever, you can if you want. We decided this wasn't worth it and left. Beside us there were six other people waiting behind us. We have been going to Four Seasons for about 4 years and have never experienced this. The owner is an awesome lady and their food is very good, but on this visit nothing worked out. The lady behind the counter was so overwhelmed and this makes for the kind of service we expienced. We will go back only if the owner is there.

Takeout #5 and BBQ steamed buns Service was great, front desk was friendly and helpful. Staff had a good attitude towards each other. Food was hot and tasted good. The sweet and sour wasn't swimming in sauce, if you're used to a puddle at the bottom of your container, you won't find one here. Steamed buns are huge andhad a decent amount of filling.

The food was absolutely amazing!! You get that authentic taste we all know and love without that ghastly heaviness you get after two bites. The service was amazing, everyone was so nice. 10/10 would recommend again (P.S PLEASE GET THE PORK BUNS!! THEY'RE DELICIOUS)

Super friendly staff. Everything we've tried has been delicious. Big portions, too! They are willing to make pretty much any dish on the menu vegan. Thank you!

The food here is as authentic as you can get. Recently tried the Bao, it was delicious! The service is excellent. I can't wait to try more of their menu. The only thing, especially right when you first walk in the door the place stinks. Not like food being prepared but years and years of food being ground into the carpet which looks like it hasn't been changed in a long time.
