Nice snack and drink variety, but man, this place has the nastiest bathroom I've seen or smelled in years. P**p smears on the back of the toilet tank. Bathroom smells of old urine. I draped the seat in toilet paper, and then still considered doing the hoover... But then my pants would have touched the bowl.
They are under new management and I have never met nicer people. They have cleaned and rearranged the store and it is immaculate. The prices are not extreme anymore.
I was just at Fuel R Up with my children, whom needed to us the restroom. There was a sign on the women's door that said, "our of order, please use other restroom" so that's what my child did. We realized there wasn't any toilet paper, so I went up front and very politely asked the female worker for some tp. She paused her cellphone scrolling to look up at me and say that both restrooms were out of order. When I told her that's not what the sign said and my daughter was already in there and needed to wipe, she just shrugged at me and said "I don't know" ???????...??? I even explained that we were going to buy snacks, but either she hates her job or hates customers but she was extremely rude!!
I work in utility, meaning I don't have a designated place for me to use the restroom, I went into the men's as the women's (still? From previous review) was out of order. I didn't notice this till after I used my business, but there was no tp in the current restroom. When I had finished, there was another lady waiting in line to use the restroom, so I advised her of the tp shortage. She ran into the woman's to grab some tp, then back into the men's. The women at the front, while having customers in line, came back to chew me out for not telling her about not having toilet paper. I tried to explain myself but she cut my off. Overall it was pretty rude of her, and judging from the past review, this has been a continuous thing.
This is absolutely the best station in the area. Great customer service. Good prices, good selection of heady products. Good return policy.
