This has been my PCP for a while now (about 2 years), and I have refrained several times from writing a bad review, but the fact is: IT'S A BAD HEALTHCARE FACILITY. You can't get things solved on the phone because the ladies from reception put you on eternal holds, and in the end, just hang up while you're waiting. Show up in person, and they tell you the problem can't be solved that way or that they don't take walk-ins. The staff is unorganized, and there is just lots of miscommunication. The Doctors and Healthcare team has never been rude or unprofessional, but that doesn't fix the waiting, canceling, misunderstandings. Angelica (in charge of referrals) went the extra mile to try to help me, but I still wasted so much time with every visit and call. Definitely a huge headache if you're pregnant and have them as your PCP.

Horrible experience. The receptionist Angelica was terrible and doesn’t know anything and was very rude. And when I keep requested for reaching out to my PCP Dr. Gullimero Fuentes she transferred me to the Carrollton location and they were yelling at me saying I don’t know why she transferred this to us. And when I said this is not my issue this is your Lewisville location issue so she hung up. Please don’t waste your time and money. I will never recommend anyone and tell everyone that I know not to go to this place.

Very rude staff who dont want patients calling the office, and will cut you off if they like . Please close this office or change the staff.

By far the worst experience I've had at a doctor's office. When you have strep throat or possible strep throat. And you have to stay outside in the heat for 20 minutes. Waiting for them to come to a COVID test, that's ridiculous. Somebody that already doesn't feel good. Should not have to stand outside for 20 minutes. Waiting for a nurse to come out.

worst experience ive ever had. The doc is good but staff is incompetent and even rude at times. they didnt call in my prescription and didnt tell me i needed to take the paperwork they gave me in. i had to call 6 TIMES to get a hold of someone there. each time i call they transfer me like 6 times as no one knows what they are doing. one girl there is very depressed and didn't even listen to a word i said on the phone after i said it 3 times. they also wanted me to come in after just 3 months to get a refill on meds i have been taking for 4 years. NO ONE has the time to be transferred countless times and never get calls back. i will never be back
