CG is who your car's health should rest on.. I drive 1500 miles per month so I take my car in every three or so months for service. On multiple occasions he could have completely told me I needed work done when in fact I didn't. In the 2 years I have used CG. He's been the most honest and and the kind of mechanic you want on your team. He's a touch rough on the edges. He doesn't like drama but once you get to know him and he gets to know you he will bend backwards to help..
Me and my dad Joe Hettenger recommends this place. G's Automotive is a place where they take pride in there work and are experienced. They're not back yard macanics. I've read some reviews They're always gonna be a dissatisfied customer that really a hater. if u don't like g's Automotive there's no hard feelings just shutup and go find another macanic and wipe ur feelings on ur sleeve.
I arrived as scheduled for my appointment. Upon my arrival, the mechanic was pulling a car from upfront to the bay, so I pulled my truck in that spot and went inside to check in. After waiting indoors for approximately 5 minutes without being recognized, I walked out towards the repair shop. My greeting from the mechanic (who saw me arrive and was waiting) finally decide to walk up to me and say "what do you need, what do you want!?" "Your car is in the way." Keep in mind, I parked my truck in the exact same spot he just pulled the car from. I was confused how my truck was in the way. I tried explaining, I have an appointment which seemed to fall upon deaf ears because he again replied, "what do you want, what do you want, your in the way." By this time, I felt disrespected, unheard & untrusting of his service through his demeanor. As I was walking out, the lady who scheduled the appointment was on her way in. I was trying to explain my encounter to her, as he walked up behind me stating, "I'm a christian!" as if that validated his demeanor and poor representation of himself and the company. The lady tried to apologize for his disrespect, but he continued on with trying to validate himself. Needless to say, I did not leave my car here and I should have trusted the bad reviews I have already read and never scheduled this appointment. Had to give a star, but really should have been 0 out of 5 stars. The initial question was, "did I use this company?" I tried, but I felt unwelcome.
