I had toe nail fungus on 2 toe nails. I saw Golden Apple's ad in the West Valley View. I called to ask how much it cost and how well it worked. The staff took the time to explain it all to me over the phone, so I set up an appointment to get a treatment. They got me an appointment right away. When I arrived, the office was easy to find, clean, and had lots of information about other treatments they offer. My appointment took only 15 mins. I was able to get back to work, with no down time. The staff told me how to take better care of my toes and outlined the over-the-counter creams and powered to use. I went to find them at the store, called Golden Apple's staff to get assistance and they again took the time to make sure I got the correct creams. Their customer service is excellent. You don't find that much these days. I will return to take advantage of some facial and spider vein treatments!

I have been to many different medical spas over the years, so I have a good reference point as to compare customer service, costs, treatment options, and results. By far, Golden Apple has stood out amongst them all. And I'm fairly picky - so that says a lot! The customer service has always been exceptional. Anytime I've called to ask a question or set up an appointment they are extremely friendly and helpful. Whenever I go in for treatments I never feel rushed, everything is always explained clearly to me, and I always feel comfortable discussing with the staff my long term goals. Because of this they are familiar with me and my skin, and I feel confident in the treatments they help me pick to achieve my goals and budget. I must add, that I've never felt pressured at all, only willingness to offer suggestions as to things I might want to consider doing. I'm so happy I finally found a medical spa on the west side that does such great work. For reference: at this office I've had laser treatments, botox, microdermabrasion, and laser peels. They do exceptional work and I've had great results. That is why I continue to rely on them for their expertise and great customer service. Highly recommended.

I visited Golden Apple Skin the day before my facial to see the office and staff. The office is professional and the staff very informative. Today I met April for my Ultimate Skin Rejuvenation, Laser Skin Tightening, Microdermabrasion and Ultrasound treatment. April was knowledgeable, answered all of my questions to my satisfaction and explained everything she was doing during the treatment. I was very satisfied with the feel of my face and did not have any redness or sensitivity afterward. I will go back to Golden Apple Skin for another microdermabrasion in a couple of months.

Having a treatment at Golden Apple Skin Laser & Veins is a highlight of the day. The staff are very friendly and April has always explained the procedure being done. I feel very relaxed and confident in all the different procedures that they provide. I would highly recommend that you give them a try.

I took advantage of the Ultimate skin-rejuvenation treatment purchase from Groupon. It was great and I couldn't be happier with the results! The dark spots on my face have noticeably faded and my pores are smaller. I'm not so self conscious about my dark spots now. I definitely want to go back for another laser treatment and microderm facial. The staff were awesome!
