I have frequented this pub many times over the years but more recently have noticed a big difference in the atmosphere, cleanliness and the food! Popped in for lunch today, the staff were inviting the music was great, food was tasty and very well presented with a prompt service. Would definitely recommend.

Wow! This pub is amazing. Found it whilst staying nearby before our flight the next day. Really friendly Landlord and pub, excellent food and all very reasonably priced. Definitely try it if you are in the area.

Food was average when it arrived. waited over an hour after ordering at 5pm when the pub was quiet. Asked the staff at the bar when the food is coming to be told that it hadn't been an hour when it had. No apology at the time, just arguing back. Apology did come later when the food arrived. No kids menu so had to pay for adult portions for our 2 and 4 year old. Looks like a pub that is primarily used and aimed at staff working on the trading estate near by and not for families and food. Not a great experience and would not recommend

Lovely new management here. Fantastic service and lovely wholesome food. Great chips! Coffee was a little too strong so had to ask for more milk but nothing was any trouble at all. Thank you!

We had there our Christmas meal We all been very positive surprised as never been there before. Will definitely come back again. Food was cooked perfect, drinks as expected, staff members very helpful.
