They only take cash here, which is why I didn't try them for a while. The baked goods here were okay, but I would have liked a lot more filling in the buns. I went basic for the hot meal, and despite recommendations for the freshest pasta, none of it was all that hot. It was inexpensive and the staff was friendly, so I would ideally give it a 3.5.
My friend bought 6 buns from this bakery for us to try. It was fresh and soft, I would buy from Phoenix Bakery again if I'm in the area.
I really like this spot and have done for years, it is owned by a pleasant serious woman that cooks a great buffet. I will remain a loyal client and continue to go out of my way to gobble up the menu.
Very good place, clean and well maintained. They have a lot of different types of buns and everything is fresh. There is a food place in the back as well, and for the price of $6-7 you can't complain; however, if you like more quality instead of cheaper price, then this is not your place.
Good hot steamed buns, but the food options is way better. great place for a quick lunch. They have wide selection of Chinese food which I love. $6.00 will get you a two options plus veg and rice/noodle and soup. Really great quality for the price.
