I accidentally locked my keys in my car, in The Grocery Outlet parking lot, with a cart full of food and only an hour and a half before I had to be to work. I called USAA Roadside Assistance, who dispatched "Tristan" with AAA at Grant's Service Center. I was totally expecting to be late for work. Tristan called me and said, "Don't freak out! I'm on my way!" He arrived within a few minutes and had me on the road to work! Awesome guy!

I was driving a friend car and the car stalled out. And couldn't start Mr. Ray came and he was an excellent toll driver. I give him a 5 professionalism well spoken and Answer all the questions and concerns that I had. He gives a 5 plus plus be safe to all God Bless ???? ???? ?? ??

I used AAA for an issue with my car and they first had KA towing as my company that was supposed to tow me. After numerous calls and nearly 4 hours where they obviously blatantly lied about when they would be there AAA sent Grant's towing. Got there very fast, were very friendly and I would highly recommend them for towing. KA I would recommend gets it's AAA contract pulled and doesn't deserve a business if that's how they treat AAA customers. TRUTH.
