This was my best experience with a dentist ever, straight from the get-go. Lisa was so nice and exceptionally helpful. I told her I wanted to come in for a cleaning and a check up, and the day after I called was the best day for me. She told me that they were unfortunately fully booked and the next opening was at the end of the month, so we went ahead and scheduled it. She then asked if I’d like to be put on a waiting list, and of course my answer was yes, and i gave her times and weekdays that would work the best for me. She then wished me a good rest of the afternoon and I did the same. To my surprise, she called me close to their closing time to let me know they had an opening the next day! I was so elated and thanked her for calling me back. The next day, the day of the appointment, I walked in and was greeted with smiles. I filled out the paperwork and was promptly called to the back. The technician (if that’s the right title) was super kind and gave me a lot of warnings of discomfort when she was taking my x-rays. I wish I got her name because she deserves the praise. She cleaned my teeth painlessly, and we had small bits of conversation when my mouth wasn’t being invaded by dental instruments. After she finished her job, THE Dr. Gray himself came in to make sure I could keeps saying “I’ve never had a cavity,” and he was even cooler than the tech! (no offense ma’am” We all joked and had a good laugh before it came time for business and then he was able to deliver the good news. This was my first visit to any dentist in 6 years and even if I lose my insurance, I will continue going here. The staff is absolutely amazing!

I have been with Dr. Gray since I was a kid and I am now 39! I absolutely love him and the whole staff and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist! Very personable and wants to get to know his patients and treats you like family!! I cannot say enough good things about him!

It wasn’t a long wait to be seen. I experienced the friendliest and the most caring people from checking in and throughout the office! My hygienist, Tiffany took exceptional care of me along with Dr. Gray! I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who has a fear of dental work!

Dr Gary was such a great guy. He and his staff truly care about their patience. When I was leaving out the staff told me “it was a pleasure meeting you look forward to seeing you at your next appointment.”

I haven't been to a dentist in 6 years, for reasons. They did the full work up, we're very accomodating and kind, and absolutely zero judgement or questioning of how long I've gone without dental care. As someone who is neurodivergent, that is very reassuring. I didn't even tell them that I am ND, they were just like that. I look forward to returning for my next cleaning.
