Saw all the great reviews for Maurice and had him clean 2 area rugs. He REALLY does an excellent job! I wish I had a "before" picture of the rug he cleaned, because if he wouldn't be able to get it cleaned it was going to be thrown out! It looks BRAND NEW! He did such a good job we had him come back and do three of our carpets in our new house! Awesome job! Highly recommend! Will definitely use again! Great guy! Thank you!

On-time, knowledgeable and 100% professional, Maurice was able to make even my 15 year-old carpet look clean. Besides the great service and clean carpets, I really appreciated his honesty during the estimate process - there were just some stains that likely wouldn't come out. Amazing job by Charlie! He thoroughly explained the process and candidly identified all potential problem areas (15 year old carpet, 18 months since it was last cleaned with multiple heavy traffic areas & dogs). He showed up on time with all of his equipment ready to go and went straight to work. The outcome greatly exceeded our expectations -- our carpets look great (even the problem areas)! We needed our condo carpet cleaned. We are new here. We wanted a good company that would thoroughly clean and dry our carpet quickly...Found Lloyd's on Google . Maurice explained the Chem Dry process thoroughly so I felt comfortable using them. Charley came out on time the day I needed him.. He did an EXCELLENT job! Maurice was very responsive, professional and took great care in cleaning my carpet. He did such a great job, I hired him to do my chairs which are white cotton and delicate. He took fabric threads to test them first before so he wouldn't ruin the fabric. He also dyed some spots on my carpet that had been bleached somehow by the previous owner. I couldn't be happier with the results and will hire him again in the Fall to clean my sofa.
