Very disappointed in my visit today! 2 washers didn't spin my clothes all the way, 2 dryers were cold, 1 washer we put clothes in, then put money in didn't work, noone works there so noone helps. The bathroom is locked. I had to dry and dry my towels since they didn't spin right. 2 elderly men also lost money in washers that didn't work.

The new owner rarely ever cleans the facility. He doesn't have a number listed to call if you lose money in a machine like what happened to me a week ago and he keeps the restroom door locked all the time. He has several machines that have been out of order for weeks and some machines that are out of order don't have an out of order sign on them. I have been using that facility to wash my clothes for the last 2 and a half years I've been living in the area but I'm going to start going to the laundry mat next to the police department it cost more but at least they have a number to call if you lose money in a machine they keep the facility clean and there's a gas station across the street to use the restroom.

Not a bad place if you don't have a washer or dryer. I typically go early in the morning to avoid a crowd. It's usually clean and decently kept. Most of the time the bathroom is out of order.

New washers & dryers and vending machines, however with that being brand new and getting a stale snack.... I'd say that's the only downfall I found. Aside from that, looking good!

I've been staying in Greencastle temporarily and needed to run a load of laundry. I won't complain about the price -- I think public laundry is just more expensive than it once was. However, my main issue is that after running my clothes through the dryer (and not even that long -- a little over 30 minutes), several items shrank, and several more had been singed to the point that they were hardened, and were basically unwearable. I will also add here that I am not new to laundry or public laundry for that matter, nor was it the first time most of those clothes had been cleaned, so this is not the case of a clueless customer who doesn't know how to operate the machinery in question, or neglected to read the care instructions for their clothes. What was really disappointing and frustrating though was that I attempted to call the phone number posted on the office door, but there was no answer. The voice mailbox was full, so it was impossible to leave a voice message. I tried texting, explaining what had happened, and provided photos of the damaged articles of clothing. 24+ hours later, no response. As a business owner, it's a professional courtesy to at least respond to a complaint, regardless of whether or not you think it has merit. Considering all this, I would sooner wash my clothes in the bathroom sink and hang them out to dry on tree branches than go back here again.
