Don’t come to this laundromat unless you want to get ripped off. The “bigger” washing machines are $9.00 and $7.00 and they aren’t that much bigger than the ones for $3.50. I’d argue that the same load will fit equally. Drying machines are $.25 for four minutes but if you want your things to get REALLY REALLY dry expect to have them run for a minimum of 40 minutes and there is no guarantee that they’ll come out dry (this in accordance to one of the Asian ladies working there who advised me to put in more quarters…) yeah, she didn’t get the feedback. First and only time I’m coming to this place! I have never in my time in SF spent over $30 dollars in laundry for only TWO LOADS of clothes. Extremely disappointed with this place.

I’ve been doing wash and fold here for 2 years , the woman who work here are patient hard working and very kind and respectful. I trust my cloth with them Everytime and I’ve never had any issues. The parking in front is always taken which is annoying but other than that great place for laundry services .

The machines here could be better. The dryers take at least 40 minutes to dry the clothes on medium heat. This tells me the owners do not clean out the lint filters often enough. Also, I put three small loads in the small washers to wash them (one of the washers already had soap and some kind of debris in the bottom, so I could not use that one), and when I finished with the small washers, I consolidated the clothes in one big washer to rinse them because I do not like to have any detergent perfume on my clothes. The big washer apparently had a lot of soap residue inside of it because the water became very sudsy during both the wash cycle and the rinse cycle. Needless to say, my clothes came out smelling like detergent. As mentioned, the dryers take longer than they should, so you end up using in more quarters and more quarters. When the closing time approaches, the clothes still are not dry, but the owner comes by repeatedly to remind you they are closing soon. And then they stand there watching you fold your wet clothes because they want you to leave. If they want you to leave on time, they should make sure their machines work properly. Lastly, look at the other reviews - something strange about them. While I realize the options are limited (the machines in my apartment building are not good), I would recommend looking for a better option so you can save time and money. I spent $40 washing my clothes here, and then had to spend $2 more to finish drying them at home.
