I took my RV here to Greg's Truck, Tire and Auto Repair on 8/2/2021 due to the good reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was not positive like the other reviews. Greg told me he was not going to give me a price, he would just knock it out. Because of the glowing reviews I said ok and dropped off my RV on 8/2/2021 and picked it up 8/5/2021. He did not do the work I asked him to do except for one thing - replace a tire - and he hired that out. One thing I asked him to fix (a torn rubber bushing - see picture) he never addressed. For the rest he made notes about each broken item, either that it was needing repair or that it was working fine. For that he charged me an additional $300 - not fixed, just confirmed it was broken! Total bill was over $500 and I paid him. I took the RV home and fixed a couple things myself - replaced a fuse ($6 from Napa) and fixed the landing gear ($20 in parts plus several hours figuring it out). One other item I asked him to fix - a tail light - he did not fix because he could not find the part, so I will be replacing that myself. I also reattached the spare tire under the vehicle myself when I got home.

Put a junk transmission in didn't last 500 miles told me I had 30 days it went bad on 45. Lost 10 days to taking it back because he zip tied the new transmission cooler hoses to moving parts and it kept braking. And when I say junk I mean the actual cheap junk not used or refurbished. So when he says used he means junk. Really questioning all the other work I've had him do over 7 years. Now I'm down 1800 and no car. Didn't give me an option for a new one would have paid more becaue it a paper weight now. I would like to see the receipts for the one he purchased I'm sure he didn't do anything at all.

Ive been satisfied with the other mechanic I’ve been to in town, but sometimes they could take days before they would be able to look at it, diagnose the problem, and fix it...their work was good but I started to delay service to my car because going days without it could be a hassle. Had a car issue last week that I was really hoping to get taken care of quickly so I decided to try Greg’s as they had helped a friend of mine recently with very quick service. Called on Monday, brought it in day of and they figured out what was wrong immediately. Drove it home and came back Wednesday after they had ordered the part and it was ready within a few hours. Extremely convenient for me. A few days and a couple of long drives later and the problem hasn’t resurfaced. Couldn’t be happier with the speed, the price, and quality of work. Definitely will be back for my service needs in the future! edit: forgot to mention Greg offered me a choice between the parts he ordered and was very honest about the differences between the two...never had someone do that before. That and a couple other things would leave me to believe this is an honest business with integrity!

Superb service! Had a tire's lug nut studs ALL shear off fully loaded 24 foot trailer. Lost the rim, lost the tire, and 3 hours from destination. Definitely desperate. Greg went over and beyond great service. He knew exactly what parts we needed and actually had them in stock. Made sure we were back on the road safely with correct parts and in record time. His pricing was great. I would definitely recommend this company.

Great place very cool owner. We had a blowout on our travel trailer. We wanted to just get 4 new tires. We called Greg's and he found us the correct tires and installed them and pretty much saved our trip. He and his staff are super nice to deal with. Highly recommend. Thanks Greg !
