My mother visited this petrol station, and it was an absolute nightmare! She used the pay-at-pump option for petrol, then went inside to buy something. The manager accused her of not paying, made her pay again in-store, and even gave her someone else's diesel receipt for her petrol car. Despite her bank confirming she was charged twice, the manager refused to refund her and rudely shouted at her to leave the shop. Disgusting service, I ADVISE EVERYONE TO STAY CLEAR OF THIS PETROL STATION! I didnt want to even leave the 1 star here.

The rudest and most agressive man I have ever met!!!! Without fail, each time I have been to this petrol station, the man behind the counter (owner?) has been rude to me beyond belief. I know people have have personal problems so I tried to ignore it thinking next time he'd be more chilled. But I was sooo wrong! After a few times of exeriencing the same brutal swearing, shouting, and telling at me I figured something wasn't quite right with him. After paying for my petrol, I literaly sat in my car for a few seconds to type in an address on my sat nav and the evil rage of the man came charging towards screaming "getttt offf myyy properrrtyyyy". I was the only car in the petrol station so was not holding up traffic, nor had I exeeded the 15 minute time limit. He must have some sort of superiority complex combined with crazy anger outbursts. This petrol station has In Post lockers which have been there a little while. I sell clothing on Vinted so I use this petrol station for the lockers. I have briefly parked my car outside the lockers on numerous occasions to send my items. BUT....This enrages the Gulf man. He storms out, leaving the cashier desk and demands I move my car and get off his property, as I am not buying petrol. But, even if I was buying petrol, he has issues with me. Surely he signed up to get the lockers put on the property, yet he does not want anyone to park there to use it!!! Today I parked at one of the petrol pumps to quickly post my package. It took me less than 1 minute to do so, and the same thing happened yet again. This troubled man made a huge scene on the site. I am sure the whole of Ickenham could hear him. "Move off my property nowwwww. Get outttttt"..... I have tried to have polite conversations with this guy, but all he does is scream over my words as loudly as he can. There is no reasoning with him. It is too stressful to return here and I won't be back!!!

Got petrol here today charged twice tried to explain to cashier I had already paid by card he got very angry and aggressive and told me to get out and not to return .Called my bank when I got home he had taken payment twice .Doesn’t deserve 1star Stay clear of this fraudster
