I usually don't give 5 star ratings like this but I thought this place deserved it! The decor, service and most importantly the food, was amazing! We had the rice balls with tuna and caviar. This was a very unique item that I don't think I've had anywhere else. The chili lamb, Szechuan chicken, hakka noodles were all fantastic! I would go back.
We went here for our anniversary and loved the food and service! Everything was flavorful and perfect portion size. We tried their goat, signature volcano roll, garlic naan, chilli shrimp, chilli garlic noodles, Tom yam soup as well as the falooda. My husband loveddd the goat and spicy shrimp!! I enjoyed my roll, soup and chicken chilli garlic noodles! So much flavor. I found the place very cozy, friendly and a good vibe with music. We’re looking forward to go back with my friends and family!
My first time at Haka was special. From the service to the lighting, interior decoration, and the food everything was special. The menu was extremely diverse and offered many different kinds of dishes for everyone. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Haka is a must visit for all people.
My craving for indo Chinese food was finally satisfied by dining in last night at Haka. Lovely people and great food. I highly recommend this place! Wish they open a branch in Oklahoma City as well.
Haka is a corner halal restaurant on the block. We were a reservation of 5 and the lady at the front was very sweet and respectful! We were seated when the full party arrived for dinner. The ambiance of this restaurant is gorgeous; makes you feel like you are under the sea. The Indo Chinese food here is fresh and mouth watering. We got drums of heaven and crispy honey chicken for appetizers, mango lassis, which were made to perfection, sushi and a variety of chicken dishes - Hong Kong chicken, Haka chili chicken, etc. and flavored shrimp fried rice. I liked everything except for the sushi as the menu mentioned the item should have been deep fried but wasn't. Portions were great to share, and all the chicken items come with basmati rice. Let's talk about the music here! Our birthday dinner was a hit because of the music in this restaurant. The music took us back to our childhood all the way to current Hindi/Punjabi/Spanish songs and remixes. Excellent choice of music as we danced our night away! Our main female Indian waitress had a nasty attitude; not sure what her deal was from the beginning by giving us unwelcoming looks and whispers. Our 18% tip was included in the bill but the service overall from other staff was excellent! For our birthday girl, the lady in the front surprised us with free gulab jamun and a candle; each of us got one sweet & we were happy. I would recommend Haka to add more dessert items to their menu. Thank you Haka for having us celebrate our special night, and I will be recommending this restaurant to my friends and family.
