I can’t eat here anymore. Portions have been cut down. Food quality is going down. Menu has been changed and took away a lot of options. When the father and son were running the place is was 5 stars. I had the steak burrito, even through all the cheese, rice, and peppers all I could taste was unseasoned ground beef. I ordered here with 3 people in front of me and I waited 30 mins+ for my food one day. This place isn’t it anymore.

New owners have ruined this place. Missing one whole meal, left half the toppings off the veggie nachos, doesn't have lettuce but won't tell you this until after you've paid. Tried to say my husband changed the toppings when she never even spoke to my husband and I ordered in PERSON! I watched her write it. Brought everything back because the chips were stale, bag was obviously left open or old. I asked for a refund after 40 minutes of this bs, they tried to say no because they "don't know how to do refunds" I asked for the Father and son that used to be there always but found out they sold it to these people.They don't know how to work their own system... I asked what they use and turned the pad around and did the refund myself. Losing long term customers for the win. Marketing , customer service and food is A1. A new weekly lunch stop. You beat the prices around town when it comes to wings too!

Honestly I placed an order with them and then I realized about a minute later I had to run back to the office…. So I called them back and canceled exactly 1 minute later and asked to cancel….I guaranteed them that I would call back within the next hour or 2 to place another order…. They asked me the exact time…I wasn’t sure so I just told him I’ll definitely call back…so about an hour later they called me back in the middle of work…they asked if I was coming in I said sure but I’m going to call in a few before you guys close…. Fast forward I called back and gave my order…I picked up my order they gave me the exact food that I canceled 2 hours ahead it was cold and hard…the manager was scolding me telling me he lost money which he didn’t because I came to pick up the order…. They served me cold chicken and cold rice it was hard and the rice was half cooked…I spend hundreds of dollars there…they’ve lost a loyal customer…last but not least I said thanks because I hadn’t looked inside the plate…I’ll come back soon… and the little boy at the cash register replies ok we leave in the refrigerator for next time!! Thank you please don’t go here I ordered chicken and it was not done four plates of it

The new owners have RUINED A PERFECTLY GOOD SEEING SPOT…throw the whole thing away…they have no sauce and wings are bloody she is literally serving bare wings…PLEASE DO NOT GO PLEASE READ

Two times before the food and service was great with no problems. This time, there were issues with the lemon pepper wings that were not noticable until I tried eating them. First, they was so salty that there were uneatable. Second, some of the wings were the size of my pinky finger. Third, they were over cooked. I took the plate back asap. I explained the situation. The older man said that I checked the food and said it was okay before I left. I explained to the man and the younger guy that there is no way to tell that the chicken was overly salty, over cooked, or miniature pieces without tasting the food. They disagreed. The miniature wings were underneath the okay sized wings, hence, not in plain view. The vibe, and possible tension/temperature within the space was disturbing enough that this no longer my first, or top ten choice. It's not like I tried to return food that was no longer visible. I attempted, but it would have literally sent me to the hospital if I would have finished the second wing.
