I ordered here one time and will never do so again. The food that we got was good however it wasn't the correct order when I called in to get it fixed they said we weren't charged for some of our order so it was fine although we were never informed we weren't getting some of our order and they changed some of our order. We got 3 out of 9 things we ordered correct and we got at total of 5 things.

We went there this evening.  The place was clean and the lady at the counter was very nice and even repeated our order back to make sure everything was correct. The cook was also very nice and said he could add eggs to our fried rice as we requested for an extra charge. There were five of us, 4 adults and 1 child.  Everything came out correct. Nothing was missing. So that was good.  We paid just over $65 which is good so long as the food is good.  The Hunan beef itself was ok, although not spicy at all.  The sweet and sour chicken was tough and chewy.  The beef lo mein was decent.  We asked multiple times if the chicken fried rice would have vegetables in it and eggs.  We were told yes for the bits of veggies and would have to pay extra for eggs.  No problem.   We did get eggs as requested but No veggies were to be found except in the side of fried rice that came with the Hunan beef.  But the chicken in the chicken fried rice had to be either canned chicken or a very old chicken because it smelled like tuna.  Not good at all!! And we ordered two orders of it. Plus the rice in the hunan beef also had the tuna smell to it.  I do not know what it was but it was very off putting and made the rice, which is usually the best part of the meal, the worst!  The egg rolls were decent and the crispy noodles and sweet and sour sauce were very good.  We did not receive any fortune cookies and they did not offer chopsticks. Just styrofoam plates and plastic silverware.  So I would say if you still decide to go ---anything chicken stay away from, anything rice stay away from. Go with some type of beef or noodles and maybe an egg roll and definitely crispy noodles and sweet and sour sauce. Don't spend $65 like we did on probably $15 - $20 worth of edible food and drinks. I would not recommend it and we certainly will not be going back. I understand sometimes restaurants have issues here and there but come on, A Chinese restaurant should definitely do at least the fried rice good right?  Epic fail!  I don't say any of this to be mean.   I say it just in hopes to save people money but more importantly hopefully for the restaurant to learn from their customers and take corrective action and better themselves. Believe it or not, most people that leave bad reviews would much rather have had good food and service then have to leave a bad review. We love to have good restaurants in our area!

Hate leaving a bad review, but all of the food I ordered had to be thrown away. As expensive as everything is now- there’s nothing more disappointing than paying a big price for old stale food that is inedible. Even down to the rice and the cheese wontons. Last couple times I’ve ordered the food was not up to standard but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Will not be back unfortunately, use to love this place.

Does anyone know what happened to this place? Did the old owner Sam retire or something? The food is now horrible, and it used to be very good and affordable. It's so sad that there is now no good Chinese in Clarksburg or Fairmont. Unfortunately you have to go all the way to Morgantown for good Chinese food now
