Reading everyone talk about the lady’s attitude here tells me that I know I’m Not crazy. I dont know why the worker acts like this but 2nd time we tried it and same attitude was given. She must be so miserable and it definitely shows.
I try and give the benefit of doubt to a business. If I go there once and the service is unfriendly I try again. I do however have a 3 strike rule. I have been to this establishment 3 times. Each time the service has been sub par and rude. Today was the worst. The server aggressively shoved the snowcone so fast and assertively that the top of the snowcone flew off into my daughter's lap,and all over the car seat. The person did not so much as apologize and closed her window. Supporting small businesses is important, however the small business should also strive to give the best service possible. I am not talking give stuff away, I am sayin use basic manners like saying Thank you and smile.
Used to love this place. Recommend it to everyone I knew. But today after years of going to this place. I found ants in my snow cone. Wasn't outside and only got the top half off before I noticed ant after ant after ant in the remainder of the cup. Tried to call 4 different times to talk about it with them and just left the phone ringing. So if someone could take a look at your bottles and see where your ants are coming from, I have a watermelon and strawberry n' cream one. Have a good one, sorry no one could answer the phone so I could try to tell y'all in private.
We waited in a long time, but didn't wait long. The snow cones were big and the ice was shaved nicely that it was soft. The flavors were great too. They do accept cards
My parents moved here in 2019 and we use to love going here until just recently. My dad whom is a retired vet, out of courtesy gave the woman who assisted us a 2 dollar tip. She didn't even say thank you, she jus took the tip looked at it and put it down. Me and my family will not be going back here. Sad that people aren't kind anymore.
