I usually don’t write reviews but this is the least I can do to thank Hays Auto-repair for their wonderful service. I went to Joe anxiously after an accident to get a quote, with a genuine smile he assured me that the car will be fixed seamlessly. He not only fixed the damage for the accident but also fixed all little body works, inspected the car, and changed the oil for no additional cost. During the repair, I was on a trip and he even kindly dropped off the car for me. The car is looking great as if there never was any accident.

2nd amazing experience at Hayes! We had previously had a fantastic experience with Joseph at Hayes so we came back to him recently when the hinge on the tailgate of our BMW broke. Not only did he and his team do a great job with the repairs, he also advised us on how to work with the insurance company to make sure the claim wouldn’t impact our premium. On top of that, when we picked up the car he gave us a generous discount when he noticed we were expecting a baby. We hope we won’t need much more auto body work, but if we do we will be coming back to Joseph at Hayes auto.

I can’t recommend this place enough. Everyone here is easy to work with, especially Albert Lam, and the whole process was extremely smooth and efficient. They always provided me updates about my car and took time to answer all of my questions.

I brought my Ford Escape into Hayes Auto for bodywork after being advised by Geico. Joe immediately made me feel at ease and he provided excellent customer service. He helped me take care of all the insurance legwork and I received my car back with a brand new bumper expertly installed perfect paint match even took care of me with factory part! I have other cars in need of bodywork and will surely be a repeat customer. I highly recommend this place for fast, professional, excellent service, and excellent competitive pricing .
