I would like to thank TARAN for doing such a wonderful job on my hair today. Jan 5th, 2024 @ 1:30 pm my appointment. Now I know where to get my hair cut every time I come to Edmonton. Taran did exactly what I wanted. All I did was show him a picture from Google of a Bob cut, and Taran cut my hair just like how it looked on the photo. I would also like to add that I can not stand hair dressers that ask personal questions and nosy into your personal life. Not Taran. He just focused on his job, he was polite and professional. After moving in to Edmonton been to many barbers in town but this is my final stop Ammy is just amazing and talented true gentleman who knows the skills always on top. Specialist in beard and moustache. Great customer service and satisfactory work. Thankyou again Ammy.

i went in head masters on the North side. Prince, who works there, was not only skilled but also genuinely passionate about his job. He took the time to listen to my preferences and offered valuable suggestions based on his expertise. The haircut itself was impeccable, exceeding my expectations.
I've visited this salon three times for threading. Unfortunately, the service was consistently delayed by more than 15 minutes each time. The staff seemed more engaged in personal conversations than attending to customers. There were instances when I waited for threading without any other customers being served. Moreover, I found their comments about my skin texture unprofessional and distressing. While threading may be a minimal service, customer respect should be prioritized. I hope the owner considers this feedback for service improvement.
